Your role will be pivotal in supporting our HR and talent acquisition efforts. With strong organization and communication skills, you'll help streamline recruitment, coordinate interviews, onboard new hires, and assist in HR processes. Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Support HR administrative tasks such as document management and benefits enrollment. Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Foster positive candidate and employee experiences through effective communication. Collaborate with HR and recruiting team to improve processes and candidate engagement. Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to attract top talent. Keep up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to contribute to company growth. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
