- Performance Reviews (and compensation reviews)
- Act as a field representative for a manufacturing company.
- Inspect materials and components at the facility that produces them.
- Work to ensure that parts meet their required specifications, and do this by looking at blueprints and data.
- Other responsibilities include taking measurements, performing tests using computer equipment or electrical devices, and assessing other variables such as density, strength, and durability.
- Document the results of these inspections and create a report for your client or employer.
- High school diploma/GED
- Must be a U.S Citizen
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good hand eye coordination
- Great documentation
- Keen attention to detail
- Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications
- Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers
