Support the delivery of virtual speech therapy services as an on-site facilitator in Theodore, AL. This contract role involves working with a cluster of private schools near a local Christian school, serving an itinerant caseload across multiple campuses within grades K-12. The position requires approximately 15 hours per week, with typical hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., though schedules may vary based on virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual speech therapy sessions by providing direct, hands-on support to students with speech and communication disorders.
• Act as the on-site liaison between students and virtual clinicians, ensuring smooth communication and session flow.
• Assist students with technology needs during remote therapy, monitoring equipment and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Support additional remote sessions involving other professionals such as psychologists.
• Maintain clear communication with all parties involved regarding any session updates or changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional, Speech Aide, or School Teacher preferred.
• Must be a local resident, U.S. citizen, and at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide two professional references.
• Tech-savvy with the capability to manage virtual therapy platforms; training will be provided for the specific system used.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in coordinating sessions.
