Your Impact

• Diagnose and troubleshoot using modern diagnostic platforms.
• Perform essential maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, and thorough brake inspections.
• Repair/replace components to manufacturer and shop quality standards.
• Maintain complete, accurate service records.
• Translate technical findings into clear recommendations for customers.
• Continuously learn the latest automotive technologies and techniques.
• Champion safety protocols and keep an organized, clean bay.

What Sets You Up for Success

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technology training preferred.
• Experience in an automotive mechanic/technician role.
• Solid understanding of systems, diagnostics, and repair best practices.
• ASE certification is a plus, not required.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and a service-focused attitude.
