1st Shift Quality Systems Supervisor (Food Manufacturing) – Hiring Immediately
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Lead and supervise QA Technicians & Senior QA staff
- Ensure compliance with USDA, HACCP, and food safety regulations
- Investigate and resolve quality issues + non-conformances
- Oversee food safety programs, audits, and documentation
- Monitor production processes to maintain top-tier quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement across quality systems
MUST HAVE (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- 2+ years of HACCP & Food Safety Systems leadership
- 2+ years working in a USDA/Food Manufacturing environment
- Experience with pathogen control (especially ground beef)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance & audits
- Leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting
