Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Custom Sign Shop Assembler. This role involves assembling, fabricating, and finishing custom signage according to specifications, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and timely delivery.

• Assemble various types of custom signs including vinyl, dimensional, illuminated, and architectural signage.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine assembly instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials such as acrylic, metal, wood, and vinyl.
• Apply vinyl graphics and wraps with precision.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with packaging and preparing signs for delivery or installation.
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sign fabrication, carpentry, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

• Experience with CNC routers, laser cutters, or large-format printers.
• Knowledge of sign-making materials and adhesives.
• Basic electrical knowledge for illuminated signs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
