Position Overview
We are seeking Warehouse Laborers to support record center operations. This is a physically demanding role involving the handling, movement, and organization of storage boxes and materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Move, lift, and organize storage boxes, bins, and totes
- Process incoming and outgoing orders including files, books, and other materials
- Load and unload materials manually and using hand carts or pallet jacks
- Operate handheld scanners to track inventory and orders
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work Schedule
- 5 days per week
- 9-hour shifts including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 10–100 lbs regularly without assistance
- Comfortable with frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Experience using pallet jacks and material handling equipment preferred
- Ability to read and write in English
- Comfortable working on uneven surfaces and climbing ladders
Physical Demands
- Continuous physical activity including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying
- Ability to work on inclines, stairs, and varying surfaces
- Frequent movement and manual handling throughout the shift
Additional Requirements
- Must wear safety toe footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards
- Footwear must have slip-resistant rating (“Better” or “Best”)
