C/Sharpe is a complex building restoration company that primarily works on condos along the gulf coast! We are looking for a Level 1 or 2 certified Rope Access Technician.
Reports to: Service Maintenance Superintendent
Position Mission: To represent C-Sharpe in a professional manner to all clients while utilizing leadership skills to co-workers and those around us.
Job Responsibilities Include:
1)Follow and enforce safety rules for the well-being of yourself and team members
2)Rope access certification acquired
3)Working with safety manager on access plans well ahead of scheduled working date
4)Willingness to work from heights
5)Communicate and works well with team members and clients
6)Show leadership to co-workers; Own the job
7)Willingness to train co-worker (Service Tech)
8)Communicate material & tool needs to Superintendent ahead of time
9)Jobsite cleanliness (At all times)
10)Complete tasks within set durations
11)Properly maintain tools
12)Follow all C-Sharpe Company Employee Handbook guidelines including:
a.Maintain Professionalism
b.Keep reliable transportation and valid driver license
c.Come to work every day on time
d.Follow dress code
e.Avoid vulgar language and gestures
f.Communicate time-off requests with Superintendent
13)Display a desire to learn more
14)Properly maintain service vehicle The vehicle is your responsibility
15)Daily time tracking is accurate and clear
16)Daily time tracking is double checked before submission for co-worker (Service Tech)
17)Daily reports turned in every day
18)Expected to treat equipment with respect as if it is your own
19)Previous rigging knowledge is recommended for this position

Physical Requirements Include:
1)Lifting and carrying items weighing approximately your own body weight
2)Operating power tools overhead
3)Operating power tools in squatting and kneeling positions
4)Climbing and working from ladders
5)Working from suspended scaffolds (swing stages) and boom lifts at heights up to 200 feet
6)Working while wearing a respirator
7)Working while wearing a fall protection harness
