**Job Description Summary** The GE Aerospace Field Service Representative (FSR) will provide on-site support and technical assistance to the UK Army operating the T700 engine in the customer Apache weapon system. The position requires a deep understanding of T700 engines and interface systems. While in this role, the FSR will act as the liaison between GE Aerospace, the prime vendor and the customer. This position requires a deep understanding of T700 engines and interface systems. You will act as the liaison between GE Aerospace, the prime vendor, and the customer, ensuring operational and intermediate-level maintenance practices are effectively implemented. This is a full-time role requiring hands-on expertise and proactive engagement to support customer needs. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide interpretation of data and technical instructions to the customer. + Offer technical assistance in identifying and using special tools and best practices for T700 engine maintenance. + Develop and recommend informal training programs to support maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. + Assist with fault analysis, malfunction reports, and maintenance problem resolution while maintaining a focus on system safety. + Review maintenance actions to identify training needs or deficiencies and improve practices. + Support logistics tasks, including work scope reviews, maintenance scheduling, data recording, and hardware tracking. + Apply FLIGHT DECK operating model principles to root cause analysis, issue resolution, and trend analysis. + Demonstrate best methods for disassembling, repairing, and assembling engines and components. + Draft and submit clear and concise field event reports to GE Product Support Engineering (PSE). + Proactively engage in activities aimed at reducing customer cost of ownership and increasing availability. **The Ideal Candidate:** The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with advanced experience in T700 engine maintenance, particularly in the Apache platform. They possess strong analytical and communication skills, thrive in international customer environments, and are committed to driving customer satisfaction and product performance. **Required Qualifications:** + Advanced experience in Services & Customer Service Management. + Knowledge level comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience). + Hands-on experience in maintenance tasks on the T700 engine installed in the Apache platform. + Ability to work with international customers to meet program goals and contractual requirements. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. + Proven ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. + Analytical and quality improvement expertise. + Ability to lead and influence GE Aerospace customers and peers. + High degree of tact, diplomacy, and ability to work harmoniously with internationally located customer personnel. **Additional Information:** + Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 + Background and drug screening required. + Physical requirements may include standing, lifting, and working in various environmental conditions. **Closing:** Join GE Aerospace and be part of a team that is redefining the future of aviation. The base pay range for this position is $ 93,800 - 124,000.00The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
