As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients while providing administrative and operational support to our advisory team. ### Key Responsibilities

* Deliver outstanding service to existing clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions

* Assist with account openings, transfers, and maintenance requests

* Prepare and process client paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently

* Coordinate client meetings and manage advisor calendars

* Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy within CRM systems

* Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up tasks, and client communications

* Support compliance and operational processes

* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience

### Qualifications

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
