Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (Java / React) to join the team on a contractual basis. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Job Description
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java and React
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver intuitive, high-performing user experiences
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Perform peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs within a microservices-based architecture
- Read and interpret Jira stories and technical requirements to implement requested functionality
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and maintain comprehensive unit test coverage
- Support ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and production support activities
Job Skills Required
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Java, Groovy, and React
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Strong JavaScript development experience
- Proficiency with CSS and SASS
- Experience using Git for version control
- Proficient in JUnit for unit testing
- Experience with SQL and relational database management
- Familiarity with Apache Tomcat application server
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience beyond degree requirements
Additional Requirements
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), especially integrating dynamic front-end components
- Familiarity with dynamic charting and user profile implementations
- Knowledge or experience in AI-related development, including building algorithms or models
- Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and content management systems
