The responsibilities will include traditional bookkeeping and accounting but will also include other various duties that come with the territory in a fast-growing, but relatively small business. We have a short list below, but it would be best to talk by phone or in person about the scope of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports.
- Perform reviews of sales and order reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Office Management and Customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields.
- Quickbooks experience is a plus.
