Cognitive Performance Specialist
- Deliver cognitive performance training aligned with established Human Performance curriculum
- Conduct assessments and recommend strategies to enhance aircrew readiness and mission effectiveness
- Support research initiatives and instructional content development
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support performance objectives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sport Science, or a related field with a specialization in Sport Psychology or similar discipline from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing cognitive performance training in high-performance environments (e.g., military, collegiate or professional athletics, aerospace, or similar man–machine settings)
- Current CPR and AED certification
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one (T3 background investigation required)
- U.S. citizenship required to obtain a Secret clearance
