• Pay: $20.95/Hour Based on Experience.
• Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - Finish. Guaranteed 40 hours per week plus overtime opportunities and no weekends!

Overview
Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 29 Branches Nationwide. The Warehouse Admin facilitates the flow of information and sales orders between the Chadwell Supply Corporate
office, customers, sales personnel, warehouse employees, and the Branch Manager.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have 3 years of experience in computer operations.
• You must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to create PowerPoint presentations or have the ability to learn.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
• Previous administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

How you will make an impact

• Providing administrative support to warehouse operations and leadership
• Maintaining accurate records for inventory, shipments, and receiving
• Assisting with data entry, reporting, and system updates
• Coordinating communication between warehouse staff, drivers, and internal teams
• Processing paperwork related to orders, deliveries, and returns
• Supporting scheduling and general office organization within the warehouse
• Ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and filed appropriately

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus.
