**Job Summary:We are enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during various events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. You will work closely with the catering and event planning teams to deliver high-quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements, place settings, and décor.- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.- Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service.- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and needs, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event.- Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet areas after events, including the returning of equipment to storage and proper disposal of waste.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive team environment.- Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager or Event Coordinator.

**Qualifications:**- Previous experience as a server, preferably in a banquet or catering setting.- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy trays and equipment as needed.
