- Process Pro: Keep the engine running smoothly by following office policies and making sure every customer interaction is flawless.
- Min 3 years Sales experience is a must
- Min 2 years Customer Service experience
- We are looking for someone who is bursting with positive energy and motivated to grow with us. Money motivated is also a must.

- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, while maintaining positive staff relationships within a team work environment.
- Willingness and ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses.

- $40-000 - $50,000 Annual Base Pay + uncapped commissions & bonuses that reward your hustle
- Base pay is determined by interview & experience level
