1. Provide direct nursing care to residents
2. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
3. Monitor and report changes in condition
4. Support CNAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
5. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Qualifications

1. Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
2. Strong clinical and communication skills
3. Compassionate, resident-focused approach
4. Long-term care experience preferred
