KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn the fundamentals of claims handling through our structured, hands-on training program.
- Investigate and evaluate auto claims, including liability and property damage.
- Communicate with customers with empathy, professionalism, and clarity as you guide them through the claims process.
- Collaborate closely with internal claims teams, external vendors, and legal partners to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation and stay current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Motivated, coachable individuals eager to grow— no prior insurance experience required but preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
- Bilingual (Spanish) applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
