Pastor
Southside Baptist Church (Fayette, AL) is prayerfully searching for our next Senior Pastor. Our current pastor is retiring after 26 years of faithfulness. Southside is looking for an experienced pastor with heart for small town church life.
The Senior Pastor serves as the spiritual leader, giving direction and administrative
oversight to all church affairs:
• Leading the church staff to effectively minister to the needs of the Body of Christ.
• Given to prayer and study of God’s Word, setting a biblical, Godly example for others
to follow.
• Uphold with integrity the doctrines, constitution, and by-laws of Southside Baptist
Church.
• Upholding the Baptist Faith and Message, leading the church in missions and
outreach.
