Virtual Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience while working remotely in a supportive and professional environment.
The ideal candidate is reliable, tech-savvy, and eager to develop their bookkeeping skills.
Requirements:Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and process invoices
Maintain organized digital financial records
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
Communicate professionally with team members and vendors
Support general administrative accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or currently pursuing)
Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Preferred (Not Required)
Prior internship or entry-level accounting experience
Experience with cloud-based accounting systems
Basic knowledge of payroll processing
