Bilingual Call Center Agent
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Bilingual Call Center Agent for a company based in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for communicating with Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and text in a call center environment.

Pay Rate
$17.60 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (Days and times may vary due to business needs)

Bilingual Call Center Agent Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer incoming Spanish-speaking customer phone calls.
• Email and call Spanish-speaking customers to resolve issues.
• Provide accurate and timely follow-through on all Spanish-speaking customer inquiries or correspondence requiring research.
• Efficiently and accurately enter and maintain all Spanish-speaking customer account data and activity in appropriate systems.

• Maintain schedule adherence for shift start, breaks, and lunches.

Bilingual Call Center Agent Qualifications and Requirements
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) Required.
• Knowledge of and a proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Must possess good decision-making skills, be very organized, and detail-oriented.
• 3 years of call center experience REQUIRED
• Technical support experience is a plus

Job Type
Full-time, long-term temporary
