Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Near Montgomery, AL (Hybrid: Work from home on Thursdays & Fridays)
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 (Flexible for the right candidate)

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in Construction Management (or related field) who’s eager to learn and grow within the steel fabrication industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination and communication
• Track project timelines, materials, schedules, and deliverables
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met
• Help manage documentation, submittals, change orders, and RFIs
• Support quality control and jobsite coordination as needed
• Learn the ins and outs of steel fabrication and construction project management

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (recent grads welcome!)
• Strong desire to build a career in steel fabrication and project management
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software (or willing to learn)
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
