We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of branding and marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and excels in managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities and schedules

• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external clients/vendors

• Track progress and performance of multiple projects simultaneously

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports

• Identify project risks and assist in resolving issues promptly

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand strategy

• Support project managers in administrative and strategic tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
