Shifts:

1. PRN: 12 Hour Shifts

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee nursing care in a particular department or shift
2. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
3. Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
5. Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary
6. Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care

Qualifications:

1. Valid Alabama or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse license
2. Experience as a charge nurse or similar leadership role preferred
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
