InLine seeks a highly skilled Underground Electric and Communications Construction Foreman to lead our teams in installing and maintaining underground utilities. Job Summary:

As the Underground Electric and Communications Infrastructure Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for leading field operations on infrastructure projects involving underground installations. This role requires a working foreman who leads by example, actively working alongside the crew while coordinating tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and work alongside a team to install underground infrastructure.
• Operate and oversee equipment such as bore rigs, trenchers, excavators, and plows to install underground infrastructure.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical one-lines, and construction drawings to guide installation and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal staff, clients, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and project specifications and report project challenges.
• Complete daily field logs documenting labor, equipment, and materials used to maintain efficiency and control costs.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations.
• Inspect work sites regularly to ensure equipment is well-maintained and safe working conditions are upheld.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience installing underground infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and hands-on experience in leading crews on infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in operating bore rigs, trenchers, mini excavators, and plows.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for underground work.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred.
• Experience with traffic control setup/MOT.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and meet project deadlines.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.
