Mechanical Quality Technician

Responsibilities + Inspect first articles, in-process parts, and products prior to shipment using gauges, coordinate measuring machines, optical comparators, and vision systems. + Generate spreadsheets for data collection. + Generate first article inspection reports. + Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments. + Test incoming raw materials. + Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, fixtures, and gauges to check work and perform detailed inspection of parts produced. + Read instrumentation and gauges to accurately measure dimensions on parts being machined within specified limits. + Wear proper safety equipment and comply with company safety rules at all times. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
