💼 The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who loves connecting with people and helping them take their first step toward financial freedom.

You’ll be the friendly, confident voice that welcomes new leads - people who’ve listened to our podcast, joined our community, or downloaded our resources - and helps them discover how Wealth Without Wall Street can help them reach their goals.

This isn’t your typical “sales” job. It’s about serving first , building relationships , and guiding people toward transformation .

🧭 What You’ll Be Doing

• Reach out to inbound leads via phone, text, and email (no cold calling strangers!)
• Listen to each person’s story and help them find the next right step
• Schedule discovery calls for our coaches and wealth strategists
• Manage and track your pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot)
• Collaborate with our marketing and coaching teams to improve how we connect and convert

Requirements

💪 What You Bring

• You’re a natural communicator who loves people and believes in our mission
• You’re confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections with empathy
• You’re driven, goal-oriented, and thrive in a results-based environment
• You’re organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
• Experience in sales, customer service, or financial coaching is a plus — but passion and attitude matter more
