**Job Title: Structures Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Structures Technicians to perform essential work in support of wing installation on the A220 aircraft. The technicians will be responsible for removing and installing panels and must possess strong drilling skills. **Responsibilities** + Remove and install sheet metal panels on the wing of the A220 aircraft. + Perform structural repairs and installations according to blueprints. + Utilize skills in drilling and riveting for aircraft assembly. + Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in sheet metal work and structural repair. + Experience with blueprint reading and interpretation. + 3+ years of experience in structures-related work. + Ability to effectively use tools for drilling and riveting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with aircraft, airframe, and hydraulics systems. + Airframe powerplant license is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a great environment with flexible shifts. Technicians will work either a day shift from 6am to 3:30pm or a second shift from 10:30am to 6:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week with minimal overtime. The work environment is conducive to learning and development in the aerospace sector. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mobile, Alabama.
