Position Summary:

Clients seek RNs and LPNs with compassionate hearts and a deep love of seniors & persons with a disability. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:

Provide efficient and effective skilled health services to clients in accordance with physician's orders and client/family input

Observe, evaluate and record the client's physical and emotional condition, response to treatments or medications, and social and physical environment affecting the patient's care

Ability to collaborate with other members of the client care team

Perform ongoing assessments of the client's needs and their environment

Willingness to go above and beyond for the client

Adherence to all professional standards of the nursing profession and the state of Alabama

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience as a licensed nurse of at least two years preferred

Alabama State RN or LPN License in good standing

A clean criminal background check

CPR certification

Must have vent and trach experience

TB Test or Chest X-Ray

Great bed-side manner
