Shift Leader
Shift Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated Shift Lead at the Tailwind Concessions Starbucks. If you have a passion for serving others, then join the Tailwind team! As a Starbucks Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced cafe during your shift. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety while leading your shift by example. You will be a key player in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience and that our restaurant runs efficiently.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leads the restaurant during a shift
- Understand completely; all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs set forth by Tailwind.
- Work as a member of the team to ensure success in all areas of the restaurant.
- Fill in where needed to ensure that service standards and efficient operations are met.
- Maintain a hygienic and safe work environment at all times.
- Report to work punctually and assist in the event of an emergency outlined within restaurant standards and all Tailwind policies.
- Ensure that equipment is maintained as outlined in the restaurant safety and preventive maintenance program.
- Treating both hourly employees and members of the Management team with professionalism and respect.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Capable of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check to receive an airport badge.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual.
