Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for performing both preventive and reactive maintenance tasks. This role involves maintaining and repairing a wide range of machinery with a focus on mechanical and electrical work. Experience with PLCs or VFDs is considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Perform reactive maintenance as needed to ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical components of machinery.
• Walk through and demonstrate experience with conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot and repair wiring and motors.
• Read and interpret industrial schematics and voltages.

Essential Skills

• 1-3+ years of experience troubleshooting controls, 3-phase motors, and limit switches.
• Ability to read industrial schematics and understand electrical voltages.
• 1-3+ years of experience installing and repairing industrial equipment such as conveyors, presses, gearboxes, and pumps.
• Proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with preventive maintenance practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs or VFDs is a bonus.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• 1-3+ years of experience installing and troubleshooting 480v 3-phase motors.
• 1-3+ years of experience with limit switches, drives, control panels, and electrical wiring.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr.
