Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Opelika, AL
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, lead a team of skilled technicians, and ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment and facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise daily maintenance activities
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance
• Lead and mentor a maintenance team of 10–20 employees
• Design and coordinate in-house projects to improve productivity
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Schedule, assign, and monitor preventive maintenance for production machinery
