Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with Purpose : Provide an exceptional level of hospitality that surprises and delights every guest, leaving a lasting impression that only we can deliver.
- Listen & Advise : Build meaningful relationships by understanding each guest’s unique needs, recommending personalized gear and products to help them achieve their goals.
- Be the Expert : Continuously learn about our products, fitting techniques, and the science behind movement, becoming a trusted resource for guests and peers.
- Own the Moment : Take responsibility for delivering results, whether it’s creating a memorable experience for a customer, solving a challenge, or supporting team initiatives.
- Foster Community : Collaborate with guests, vendors, and teammates to build a culture of connection, support, and shared success.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in a guest-facing sales environment (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
