Active Registered Respiratory Tech (RRT) license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver critical respiratory care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) on the night shift in a dynamic adult acute care setting. This contract role offers 36 guaranteed hours per week with a typical schedule of three 12-hour nights (18:45 - 07:15), supporting a 595-bed facilitys adult respiratory therapy department. Experience a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care where your skills managing complex neuro and cardiac cases will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert respiratory therapy services across ICU and non-acute units, utilizing advanced ventilators including Servo I and V60, Vapotherm, and RapidPoint ABG.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver timely, evidence-based respiratory care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR to support patient outcomes.
• Flexibly float between main adult hospital and occasional Free Standing ER coverage.
• Uphold strict attendance and punctuality standards to ensure consistent department coverage.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years acute care experience at a larger facility.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS (AHA).
• Night shift experience preferred, ideally in units with 4+ therapists per shift.
• Strong team player possessing excellent time management skills and dedication to quality respiratory therapy without omission.
• Adherence to professional appearance standards, including black scrubs, minimal jewelry, and regulated nail policies.
