What You'll Do
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
- Oversee GAAP financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting operations.
- Strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and maintain audit readiness.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and reporting.
- Lead and develop the accounting team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support board reporting, lender compliance, KPI reporting, and finance transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 7 years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls.
- Experience building scalable accounting processes in a growing organization.
Preferred:
- CPA.
- Public accounting background.
- Private equity experience.
- Multi-location, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or field services experience.
