**Job Description** **Fusion SaaS ERP Lead** Location: Remote/telecommuting from withing the US Note: US citizenship is required due to needed access of government system. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional and Technical issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide customer service on a technical and functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer. The main role of a support engineer is to troubleshoot and resolve highly complex techno-functional problems. The key skills put to use on a daily basis are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise. **Responsibilities** As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards. **Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:** We expect candidate to have: 1. Strong Fusion SaaS ERP business processes knowledge and concepts. 2. Implementation/Support experience on Fusion SaaS ERP financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, ZX and PSA. 3. Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP applications. 4. Strong problem-solving skills. 5. Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer's critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers. 6. Operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities. 7. Team player able to leverage each other's strengths. You will be engaged in collaboration with peers within/across the teams often. 8. Desire to keep abreast of the emerging business models/processes, applications product solutions, product features, technology features - and use this learning to deliver value to customers on a daily basis. 9. High flexibility to be agile in a fast-changing business and organizational environment. 10. Ability to create and maintain appropriate documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support and test activities. 11. Ability to perform Extensions, Integrations and Testing such as: 1. Oracle Integration Cloud Service Integrations; 2. Oracle Autonomous Database, Transactional Processing; 3. Oracle Identity and Access Management; 4. Oracle APEX Cloud; 5. Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service Web Applications 12. Regression Testing support: 1. Execution of predefined Manual Test Scripts, to validate functionality following application of releases or patches 2. Introduction to new modules or extensions 3. Application configuration changes 4. Creating new manual test scripts required by the customer or modification of an existing manual test script provided by the customer 13. SaaS Updates Support: 1. Perform Impact Analysis and Opt-in Feature assessment of Supported Program update 2. Review release readiness documentation and notes related to the periodic release update for SaaS 3. Perform a high-level impact assessment of the updates specific to the identified Supported Program 4. Provide a report of findings that will include (i) a summary of the changes, enhancements, and mandatory or optional opt-in/new features, included in the release update that will impact Your existing configuration, (ii) the results of the impact assessment, and (iii) recommendations for the regression test strategy 5. Advise the customer on steps to adopt the mandatory opt-ins 6. Prepare an update plan 7. Discuss features, bugs and other update items with the customer. 8. Organizational skills **Education & Experience:** Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered. Candidate should be flexible and open to work off hours/weekends. May be eligible for equity.
