Practice Group Coordinator (Birmingham)
Founders Advisors is a Birmingham-based investment banking firm serving middle-market business owners, entrepreneurs, and management teams nationwide.
They are known for their relational, servant-leadership culture and their commitment to excellence, integrity, and stewardship in every client engagement.
They are now hiring a Practice Group Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of their deal teams.
What You’ll Do
This role supports bankers and practice leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will:
• Provide daily administrative and operational support to deal teams
• Maintain accurate data and internal systems
• Track deadlines and ensure documentation stays on track
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
• Coordinate logistics for client dinners and team gatherings
• Support recruiting and onboarding logistics when needed
• Help improve internal workflows and processes
What They’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience managing calendars and handling logistics
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Professional presence and strong communication skills
Preferred (but not required):
Experience in financial services, investment banking, or other professional services environments.
