We are pleased to announce the opening for a Software Engineer, who will join our Engineering Services Division in Huntsville, AL and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team known supporting and contributing to the Missile Defense Targets Engineering Organization.

Responsibilities :

You will be supporting the Targets Test Engineering team in all aspects of target design, analysis, and test. Technical focus areas include analysis tool and database development, maintenance, and configuration control. You will be collaborating with a dynamic team of experts in multiple technical areas to develop analysis and engineering tools; engaging in database requirements definition, schema development, interface development, testing, data management, and documentation; utilizing knowledge, skills and experience with missile characteristics (physical, kinematics, signatures) and engineering to support engineering activities and data product development

Basic Qualifications:

  • You must have a Bachelors degree in a STEM field
  • Prefer 7 years of experience in a related field
  • You must possess or can obtain an active SECRET clearance.
  • You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MDA Ground and/or Flight Test Planning and/or Execution
  • Familiarity with MDA and/or DoD programs and processes
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication skills to independently develop technical white papers, briefings, etc., as required by the customer to communicate complex technical issues
  • Capability to utilize, adapt, and develop analytical tools, techniques, and processes for technical and/or administrative support activities
  • Teamwork-centered mentality, willingness to assist with solving complex problems
