Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead a portfolio (1-4 programs depending on the size and complexity) of digital strategic programs that involved cross-functional teams and complex dependencies
  • Coordinate the elaboration of the program scope, costs, timeline, business case, risk mitigation score, environmental impact, and other necessary inputs
  • Ensure appropriate resources allocation, prioritization and stakeholders alignment to deliver efficiently and pleasantly
  • Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks; escalate to senior leaders as appropriate
  • Track program delivery and communicate status to the stakeholders
  • Lead by example and promote best practices for team members and contractors working on programs
  • Help support and drive team initiatives and ensure alignment across teams
  • Respect the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and provide feedback and insights to improve future program executio
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, especially AI, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering, Software, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Master's Degree preferred in Engineering, Software, Environmental Science, Business Administration , or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in digital
    • 3+ years in a program/product management role or related experience
    • Program, Project or Product Management certifications are a plus (PMP, PgPm...).
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs or products, involving digital development and cross-functional teams, ideally in the Sustainability or Energy Services industry.
    • May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements

Work Environment
  • Traveling off-site to employee and client locations globally, events and vendor meetings may be required
    • Occasional international business trips may be necessary, and a valid passport is essential
    • Work schedules are determined by business need and manager discretion; full time employment is considered 40 hours per week

    • Business travel may be required up to 10% of the time

  • Occasional Lifting : Ability to lift and move items, such as files or office supplies, typically up to 10 pounds.
  • Flexibility : Ability to perform tasks that may require bending, twisting, or standing briefly to access materials or equipment.

In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At ENGIE Impact, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining pay. Actual pay will vary depending on factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, qualifications, location, and internal equity. All offers will be in compliance with all local, state, and federal minimum wage requirements.

The target pay range for this position is : $94,000-$161,000

In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and annual bonus.
