Sr Program Manager
- Lead a portfolio (1-4 programs depending on the size and complexity) of digital strategic programs that involved cross-functional teams and complex dependencies
- Coordinate the elaboration of the program scope, costs, timeline, business case, risk mitigation score, environmental impact, and other necessary inputs
- Ensure appropriate resources allocation, prioritization and stakeholders alignment to deliver efficiently and pleasantly
- Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks; escalate to senior leaders as appropriate
- Track program delivery and communicate status to the stakeholders
- Lead by example and promote best practices for team members and contractors working on programs
- Help support and drive team initiatives and ensure alignment across teams
- Respect the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and provide feedback and insights to improve future program executio
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, especially AI, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering, Software, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's Degree preferred in Engineering, Software, Environmental Science, Business Administration , or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital
- 3+ years in a program/product management role or related experience
- Program, Project or Product Management certifications are a plus (PMP, PgPm...).
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs or products, involving digital development and cross-functional teams, ideally in the Sustainability or Energy Services industry.
- May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and manage dependencies and trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire stakeholders from operational to C-level.
- Serve as a role model by exemplifying best practices, leadership and issue resolution.

- Hands-on experience with product management tools, lifecycle and agile methodologies.

- Traveling off-site to employee and client locations globally, events and vendor meetings may be required
- Occasional international business trips may be necessary, and a valid passport is essential
- Work schedules are determined by business need and manager discretion; full time employment is considered 40 hours per week

- Frequent Use of Hands : Ability to use hands for typing, handling documents, and operating office equipment.
