This Role
Our team is currently seeking a Setup / Operate Poly Pro Pipe Machine Operator based in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a 1st Shift position. Our 1st shift hours are typically 6:00AM - 2:30PM Monday through Friday with daily and Saturday overtime scheduled as needed .
What You Will Do
The Operator will:
Set up and operate the PolyPro machine. Properly identity what part should be manufactured, remove current tooling and install correct tooling for new diameter in a timely manner. Run parts to proper specifications while performing quality checks. Set up and operate CNC router and drilling machine as well as mirror plate welding (plastic weld)
How You Will Do It
Sets up and operates the PolyPro pipe forming machine ensuring the heating and cooling temperatures are correct. Ensuring we are meeting quality specifications including, but not limited to proper forming, cutting, drilling, chamfer, and length
Set up and operate CNC router and drilling machine. Basic computer skills to operate and program CNC Router.
Set up and operates Mirror Plate welding system (plastic weld)
Other duties as assigned
