Watkins Construction Roofing is hiring sales reps for the Baldwin and Mobile County markets.

Our office is located in Fairhope, AL and we are doing interviews soon! This is a Sales ONLY position! NO Production responsibility!

$150,000 - $175,000

• Develop a yearly sales strategy by analyzing the market and competitive trends and making comprehensive recommendations.

• Generate and follow up on sales leads, assess customer needs, and demonstrate products/services to customers.

• Schedule and attend sales meetings with potential clients and maintain a record of all sales activities in the CRM system.

• Build strong customer relationships by providing prompt and courteous customer service.

• Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve and innovate products/services to meet customer demands.

• Proven successful sales experience

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• Established network of leads

• Commission only compensation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
