Job Title: State Farm Insurance Sales Representative (Base + Uncapped Commission)

The Role Join a lean, high-performing team of 5 in our Dothan office. You will manage a high volume of Property & Casualty (Auto/Home) leads while using a needs-based approach to grow our Life and Disability business.
Responsibilities
Provide "Good Neighbor" service to walk-ins and phone inquiries.
Pivoting P&C conversations into Life/Health/Financial services opportunities.
Maintain a strong work ethic to hit agency bonus goals.
Requirements
AL Property & Casualty License (Required).
Life & Health License (Required or must obtain within 90 days).
Proven sales track record (5+ years required for $21/hr starting rate).
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week).
