- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as document management and benefits enrollment.
- Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Foster positive candidate and employee experiences through effective communication.
- Collaborate with HR and recruiting team to improve processes and candidate engagement.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to attract top talent.
- Keep up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to contribute to company growth.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in HR and recruitment coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for team success.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of HR regulations and compliance.
