What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with daily care and comfort
- Support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs with patient care tasks
- Help with mobility, hygiene, and meals
- Observe and report changes in condition
- Build relationships with residents and families
You’ll be mentored by experienced nurses who will prepare you for your CNA exam and long-term success.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to grow into a CNA
