Folding Cartons: custom-designed, high-quality paperboard cartons used for packaging a variety of products, particularly in the retail, food, cosmetics, and consumer goods industries.
Rigid Set-Up Boxes: premium, sturdy boxes often used for luxury items, gift packaging, and high-end retail products.
Specialty and Custom Packaging: They offer specialized packaging options tailored to meet the unique needs of their clients, including unique shapes, designs, and finishes.
Windowed Packaging: packaging with windows, often using cello or other transparent materials, allowing the product to be seen while still protected inside the packaging. Particularly popular in the food industry.
Sustainable Packaging Solutions: They also focus on providing environmentally friendly packaging options, including the use of recyclable and biodegradable materials.

Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our business within the food service industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with key players in the market, focusing on companies that require the product categories above.
You will be expected to employ a strategic, programmatic approach to selling, which involves not only understanding the unique needs of each client but also designing and implementing customized packaging solutions that align with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities focusing on companies that require folding cartons. This involves conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients and understanding the competitive landscape. You will need to develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, including their product offerings, target market, and packaging needs. Based on this understanding, you will create tailored proposals and presentations that showcase how our client’s packaging solutions can meet their specific requirements and add value to their business.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients is crucial in this role. You will work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure our solutions continue to meet their expectations. This will involve regular communication and follow-up, as well as providing ongoing support and consultation as needed.
In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will collaborate with internal teams, including product development, production, and marketing, to ensure our packaging solutions are effectively positioned and meet the highest standards of quality. This may involve providing input on product development based on client feedback and market trends, as well as working with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support your sales efforts.
You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on sales performance, including setting and achieving sales targets, forecasting revenue, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. This will require strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform your sales strategy.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with experience in the packaging industry, particularly in selling folding cartons. You should have a deep understanding of the market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
You should also be highly strategic, with the ability to develop and execute a programmatic sales approach that drives long-term growth and success.
In addition to strong sales skills, you should have excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels of the organization. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
