Telecom Disconnect Project Specialist

• Comfortable engaging with customers and conducting sales conversations over the phone.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and respond effectively.
• Clear and concise communicator, able to tailor messaging and use simple, impactful language.
• Demonstrated ability to personalize each interaction by using the customer's name and asking relevant, researched questions.
• Skilled at handling objections and rejections with professionalism and confidence (e.g., “not interested,” “no budget,” “already working with someone”).
• Capable of reading customer cues and knowing when to transition toward closing the sale.
• Naturally comfortable building rapport with new contacts, making customers feel at ease, and fostering trust quickly.
• Strong written communication skills
• Provide consistent, detailed updates to end users through live calls and written communications, ensuring clear visibility into task progress and outcomes
• Maintain data integrity and alignment across multiple systems and sources to accurately verify task completion.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve disconnect and migration-related issues or fallouts, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and urgency.
• Collaborate with internal client teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, removing blockers to maintain project timelines.
• Partner with offshore team members to research, analyze, and interpret customer network inventory for internet, voice, and data services.
• Review and reconcile customer invoices to ensure billing accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Work closely with client sales teams to address customer needs, provide timely updates, and ensure a seamless service experience. Training and Support
• Comprehensive training provided on products, call preparation, and sales processes.
