Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various commercial settings. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our clients and their customers. Duties: - Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Utilize commercial cleaning equipment to scrub, strip, wax, and buff floors - Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment - Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure high-quality results - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Clean and sanitize restrooms and other common areas as needed - Assist with general custodial duties as assigned - Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Skills: - Proven experience in floor care, commercial cleaning, or custodial work - Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods - Proficiency in operating floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the job Join our team as a Floor Technician and contribute to creating clean and inviting spaces for our clients.
