As a Security Officer Driver Credential Check in Bridgeport, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location as a driving access control professional. In this role, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, monitoring access points, and supporting security-related protocols at a technology-focused location.
• Verify identification, credentials, and/or visitor authorizations before granting entry, while maintaining accurate logs of guests, deliveries, and/or vendor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observed concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including entryways, lobbies, and perimeter locations, to help support security-related operations and report conditions that may need attention.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
