And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** The primary role of the Account Manager is to execute on strategies developed by the Account Executive. The Account Manager is also expected to maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers to help achieve retention and growth objectives year over year _._ **Key Responsibilities** + Execute tactical components of the Account Executive business plan for each client. + Analyze client utilization data to understand cost drivers. + Make plan design and new product recommendations to Account Director. + Schedule, prepare for, and participate in client meetings with Account Executive or independently. + Act as day-to-day contact for client management issues (report analysis, contract questions, compliance education, stop loss policy management, etc). + Provide support and direction on regulatory issues and other healthcare trends that could potentially impact their plan. + Using available resources, complete plan analyses to aid in financial decision making and plan recommendations to Account Executive. + Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Understand competitive environment and market opportunities. + Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate internal partners (underwriting, sales, operations, business analytics, etc). + Work collaboratively across business functions to ensure customer needs are met. + Follow through on outstanding items to point of resolution. + Monitor on an ongoing basis internal performance to ensure client's needs are being met. + Maintain accurate client records. + Participate and/or host client meetings as appropriate. + Organize and execute open enrollment strategy, health fairs, employee education meetings as required. **Required Qualifications** + 3-5 years of work experience in the self funded industry. + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. **Preferred Qualifications** + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong understanding of health plan market. **Education** + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
