Are you a passionate Speech Language Pathologist ready to make a profound impact on seniors' lives? Venza Care is seeking a PRN SLP to join our exceptional rehabilitation team in Haleyville, AL. This is your opportunity to transform patient care and quality of life in a supportive skilled nursing environment.
Pay:
- $50.00 - $55.00/ hour based on experience
Schedule:
- PRN
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Specialize in dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation
- Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in patient care
What We’re Looking For:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP license and ASHA CCC
- 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
- Expertise in dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitation
- Passion for geriatric care and interdisciplinary collaboration
